RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are processed after the item passes a quality check (after 3–5 days).
• Refunds & exchanges are handled through DMs only.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return & exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or received wrong item.
